    Photovoltaic monitoring

    The photovoltaic power generation monitoring system includes photovoltaic panel components (DC side) monitoring and inverter (AC side) monitoring. Photovoltaic panel component monitoring is cost-sensitive, and narrowband low-speed power carrier communication modules are generally used; inverter monitoring requires high real-time performance, and broadband power carrier communication modules should be used.


    For battery panel component monitoring, the existing DC line is used as the communication medium. Install a narrowband low-speed power carrier communication node module in each panel assembly junction box as a slave node to monitor the status of the panel assembly; multiple panel assemblies are connected in series to form a string, and the string is generally less than 30 The battery panel components are connected in series, and the maximum voltage of the string is 1000VDC. The string server is installed at the inverter position, and each string server is installed with a narrowband low-speed power carrier communication gateway module as the master node to communicate with each slave node in the string to obtain each battery in the string Monitoring data of board components.


    For inverter monitoring, use the existing AC line as the communication medium. Each power generation unit (square array) is composed of inverters, box transformers and other equipment. The number of inverters in a square array is generally less than 40, and each inverter is connected in a star or delta connection through an AC cable. Box change the original side. A broadband high-speed power carrier communication node module is installed at each inverter as a slave node to monitor the status of the inverter; the data gateway (concentrator) is installed on the primary side of the box transformer, and each concentrator is installed with a broadband high-speed The power carrier communication concentrator module, as the master node, communicates with each slave node in the square array to obtain monitoring data of each inverter.
